Once you purchase a design service, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an onboarding form. This form outlines key project details and includes a service agreement to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

After submitting the form, you’ll be prompted to schedule a video consultation. This call allows us to align on your vision and expectations before any design work begins.

Following the consultation, you’ll be officially onboarded and your project has begun!

Please note: The onboarding form, signed service agreement, and video consultation are all required before your project can begin.

Once you’ve been onboarded and invited to your client portal, the design process has officially begun! The standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days (this does NOT include revisions).

With all design services, you’ll be able to receive 2 free revisions. After the 2nd revision, an additional fee of $15/each will apply. All revisions are completed 1-2 business days after feedback is given.

You can cancel your project at any time, but please note that there are no refunds and you will be charged for any work completed.

If I have to cancel for any reason, you’ll receive your full deposit back.

My standard turnaround time for graphic design projects is 7–14 business days. If you need your design sooner, a rush fee will apply to prioritize your project.

Rush pricing for single graphics:

• 3–5 business days: $15

• 48 hours: $30

• 24 hours: $50

Rush orders are subject to availability and must be approved before booking. Payment is required upfront.
