After reviewing your inquiry, I’ll reach out to you (via your preferred way of contact) in order to confirm deliverables, shoot date and time. Once confirmed, a signed contract and 50% deposit are required to officially book your session.

Once your booking is secured, we’ll begin planning the creative details of your session including concepts, locations, styling, shot lists, and overall vision to ensure your content feels cohesive, intentional, and aligned with your brand or story.

On the day of your session, I’ll guide you through the entire process so you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. Whether it’s a media day, event, brand shoot, or content session, the focus is on capturing intentional, high quality visuals that bring your vision to life.

After your session, you will receive a digital gallery via Pixieset to view and download your content. For portrait sessions, you will select your preferred images for editing. Once selections are made, final edits will be delivered within 7-12 business days. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of your content.

Refund Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. All sales are final. In the event of a cancellation or no show, the deposit will not be refunded. By booking, clients agree to these terms.

Rush Fees
Turnaround time varies depending on the type of session and delivery needs. Standard portrait sessions are delivered within 7 to 12 business days after selections are made. Event coverage and time sensitive content can be delivered within 1 to 2 days upon request to ensure timely posting and marketing use.

Expedited or same day delivery options may be available for an additional rush fee and must be confirmed prior to the shoot.
